Our factory is equipped with multiple fastener forging equipment, including bolt and nut forging machines.
Internal thread drilling
Its job is to rotate and “cut” a thread downwards in a smooth hole that has already been drilled, which is commonly known as “tapping”

The raw material warehouse has stainless steel, alloy steel, and nickel alloy materials.
cold heading machine
My factory has multiple cold heading forming machines that utilize the plasticity of metals to directly “upset” the heads and various shapes of fasteners such as bolts and nuts from steel plates in the form of coils at room temperature through one or more impacts using molds.
Surface treatment of fasteners
We can provide bolt surfaces with blackening, galvanizing, nickel plating, PTFE, and passivation treatment.
Visual inspection
We use industrial cameras to process images of fastener products, and AI algorithms automatically replace human eyes to perform high-speed and accurate detection and sorting of the size, surface defects, and assembly status of bolts, nuts, screws, and other fasteners.
Fastener inventory warehouse
We have 4 finished product warehouses, each covering an area of 1600 square meters, with a standing inventory of 3000 tons.
